If at all possible, report the problem using one of the following 2 ways...
1 - Go to techsupport.cityhigh.org from ANY device, login with your school email and fill out a help ticket.
or
2 - Email directly to laptophelp@cityhigh.org from ANY device and be as detailed as possible about the problem.
If at all possible, the person with the problem should do the above.
If a staff member needs to inform me about a student problem, send the email DIRECTLY to me, listing the student name and problem.
Using the above process will greatly ensure that responses and solutions happen as quickly as possible.
